Pool maintenance and landscaping
Please be aware that once a week our service providers will visit the house to perform pool maintenance, mow the yard, and trim the bushes.
Pool maintenance is usually performed on Friday and the yard is done on Thursday.
Pool pump and heating
The pool pump will run at least from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Occasionally, an extended run might be necessary to maintain the pool temperature, which happens automatically and no interaction is needed.
If you wish, you can turn ON the pool pump manually using the push button inside the grey panel near the pump on the south side of the house. Please make sure to close the panel.
The pool heater is set to maintain the pool with a temperature between 82 and 87 degrees. Please do not attempt to adjust these settings. Please reach out in case of any concern.
House Cleaning
Your house will be cleaned before you check-in. If during your stay you would like to request an extra cleaning we can arrange with our providers to clean the house. There will be an additional charge for that service.
