Getting access to the house
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
The main door is operated with a smart lock. The day before your checking date, you will receive your unique access code. The provided code will unlock the front door. To lock the door from the outside, simply press the lock button.
From inside the house, the door operates manually.
The Garage is off-limit and is used for storage.
Video Doorbell
The doorbell records video when motion is detected or when it is rung. please maintain the remote bell (near the kitchen table) plugged at all times to be notified when someone is at the door.

The video security system is recording 24/7. It includes 9 cameras monitoring the perimeter of the house, zen garden, fenced garden, dock, and the garage.
You can see the live stream of the cameras selecting “Security” in the living room TV.
